December 2003The new online reports have been made available to trust members that sent their contact information to their claims manager, and many members have already taken a look at the web site. Once you're in the program, you see that there are three options for you to choose from: reports, employee separations and individual claim search. You are currently able to retrieve reports only.
The next phase of the project is to allow you access to the individual claim search, also known as "pinn online." Due to the high security issue with access to the system, a separate user name and password are required for this function in order to protect the employer and the employee's information. If you would like to access an individual social security number to find out the status of a claim, you need the additional password mentioned above.
The third option on the web site for access to reporting separations is not being addressed at this time because Trust members are not required to report these to TALX UC eXpress.
