Recently TALX UCeXpress, your claims manager, made unemployment claims activity reports available to Trust members via the internet. Many of you requested and received a password for the webReports that gives you access to your monthly reports.

The second stage of internet access, called PinnOnline, includes the ability to look up specific claims activity by entering an employee's social security number. This stage also requires a password, one that is different from the first password you received.

In order to best serve all Trust members, a decision has been made to complete the issuance of initial passwords prior to distributing the second password for PinnOnline. If you have already requested the second password, we ask for your patience for a few more weeks.

If you have not requested a PinnOnline password, you may do so at any time with the understanding that it may take a few weeks to receive one.

If you have not requested access to the webReports, please let us know and we will see that you receive your password
