The Supreme Court dealt a blow to unions in June of 2018. No longer requiring public employees to pay fees is predicted to strip some major unions of critical financial resources. At the same time, the current administration is rolling back several initiatives that made it easier for unions to organize in the workplace. Nonetheless, unions are staging their comeback with new strategies to improve their image and organizing ability.
Utilizing national data, extensive manager interviews and current campaign experiences, this webinar focuses on the dynamic change in issues, which affect an organization’s moral. The program encourages participants to analyze and develop leadership skills to improve employee relations. Emphasis is on prevention issues and enhancement of management/employee communication.
